Terrible Delivery

Terrible delivery service. I ordered a TV on Saturday. Their promise is delivery in 2-5 days. They barely give updates and take forever to answer calls or emails. When I did finally reach them, I was told they did not have the tracking number with their chosen courier. Surely they have this information given they chose this third party courier.

So disappointing.
