Terrible Customer Service! *****!

Terrible delivery service system!! I ordered a fridge on Tuesday and scheduled delivery for Saturday. Delivery on their system was scheduled for Thursday instead, when I had specified that I am not available to receive it then. Worse, the driver does not even call to inform me when he's on the way to deliver! Spoke to 3 call agents confirming Saturday delivery after Hi-Fi Corporation mess up, and all confirmed Saturday delivery. Now they say they are unable to deliver on Saturday because their trucks are full for the day. Whose problem is that!!? Terrible customer service!!
