Terrible customer service

I bought a mini freezer online and it was delivered late with a major dent on the front. I’ve been trying to exchange it but the personnel ( Modjadji Maimela, Dumisani Mahlangu and Ntombizodwa Mahundla) have taken the details yet have given no outcome/ resolution despite me consistently following up via email with them. Now I’m stuck with a damaged freezer. This is absolutely nonsensical and unprofessional for such a large corporation
