Terrible customer service

Bought a washing machine online on the 12th of June 2019 and to this day the machine is not delivered. When I click on the tracking button..it states that the machine is still in their warehouse. I have called twice to lay a complaint, they even go as far as sending you a response email with a claim reference number***) and promise to call you with a solution but there is no change. My mother is still waiting for her washing machine and she askes me almost everyday when the machine is getting delivered and I always have to put out the fire.
