Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I must just smell the delivery date on my order. I asked for a specific delivery date and time so I can arrange to be there and no help. I asked for a specific date (Saturday) but no can do. I ask for a day in the week where I could be there but no can do. I ask to change the address and no can do. I just have to wait and see and hope and pray I get my bed that I PAID for. If I could just get SOME info on my order that I can work with but no can do.
