TERRIBLE communication and customer service!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I really would! I have been waiting for the last 3-4 MONTHS for a response from Hifi Corporation with regards to my account! I have emailed quite a few times and I have received no feedback besides a paid up letter, nothing with regards to my actual query which is a full breakdown of my payments and whether I have overpaid them?! I am DISGUSTED with your service to say the least!
