Terrible client service

This is my second absolute worst ever experience I had at the Westgate store. I placed an order online and was specific in where I wanted it to be collected. Heaven knows where your online staff got the idea to send my parcel at your Clearwater mall. That's not even my issue,I'm disgusted by the level of unbotheredness and lack of empathy displayed by your Westgate staff. Firstly it was with the miscommunication of how I wanted the payment to be made now it's when my order was sent to the wrong store. Now I have to use my fuel to drive extra kilometres and back to collect a phone that's not even of that much value. When I requested the phone to be rerouted to the correct store or even offer delivery,Tshifumadzo blantly tells me that once a delivery has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Teach your staff to communicate with clients and show interest or commitment in wanting to assist especially if the fault is on their end. I hardly buy at your store and you have given me even more reason to never set foot at your Westgate branch.
