Terrible aftercare/ returns and refunds assistance

I recently bought a Sony soundbar from HiFi Corp and while the delivery was very quick, the great service ends there. The Soundbar isn't compatible with my TV. I have been calling and emailing with no response on the landline or to my emails. I have no use for that Soundbar as it requires an additional connection that my TV doesn't have. I just want to simply return it and get my refund but no one answers the phone.
