Terrible after service, defect expensive Products.

Between Samsung and Hificorp, we are being tossed around like a beach ball. Not one of them seems to see this issue through. We are still waiting for them to sort out a supposedly brand new 5 burner stove (doubting it). It came with a fault on one of the burners. They were quick to send a third party service provider who immediately diagnosed it as a factory fault. From there on, its been time and money wasted on the phone - calling either Hificorp of Samsung. And none of them seem to be getting anywhere close to even seem like they want this resolved. A joke of a service really. 3 days after we reported the broken burner, one of the switches (knobs) came off as well. Says a lot about quality? We've been calling and promised to wait, which we patiently did. Yet they seem to have fun tossing between themselves. Everyone and then Hificorp will check on us with a different story about where we are with the issue. Inclding that they've even been to our house and we weren't here. Yet we live in a gated community, which means there is no way they could have entered the main gain without us letting them in. Let alone our house. Apparently at some point, we told them that "we do not have the stove with us"? Like okay - so why did we call and where exactly is it if not at our house? It makes no sense. It seems they simply want to log a call on the system or something - so any blah blah on the phone will do?? One that does not get tired is "we are unreachable" - Its getting pathetic.

Its been a full month now and we are not making full use of what we bought in cash, meaning they have all their money, so why cant we have the product as we expected it to be?

We get all sorts of excuses. We spent a lot of money on what is supposed to be a premium product, but we got a headache in return for our money. Not only is this unfair, it is also a sign of how Samsung and Hificorp does not seem to care about their respective brands, having sold us something that has a defect and then refuse to resolve the issue.

We have run out of options. When we call them Samsung, it seems they are making use of a terrible call center service provider, who obviously does not want to invest in good infrastructure. Otherwise they would hear what we are saying and would not ask us to repeat at the top of our voices so many times and still not get a thing on what we are saying. and the phone. Also their calls would not keep getting dropped on us and we have to keep having to hear the same machine counting numbers and options at us.
