TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM HI-FI CORPORATION

I ordered the Zodiac MX6 Pool Cleaner from Hi-Fi corporation, which you could only order online.

The delivery was fast and took place with no hiccups, however, once I installed the pool cleaner, one of the pipes had a leak.

I called in to find out how to replace said pipe and was told to go to any branch with the pipe which would be exchanged as it was still within the 7 day period.

Upon getting to the store I was informed that it is not possible as it was an online purchase and they could not replace it as they don't keep stock, they also could not give me a refund for said pipe, I would have to exchange the entire unit.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!!!!
