Terrible

I Bought a Defy 13Kg washing machine from Hi fi Corporation @Carnival Mall 6 months ago.So it's still under warranty.Rhe machine was a few weeks old I phoned Hi Fi Corporation they send out a tech,After a few weeks the spin seal gave me problem again they send out a tech again.On Saturday 13 April I went instore to book another complaint I am still waiting for a tech.What is the use of buying a new machine and the tech must come fetch it again!!I will never buy by HiFi Corp again.They are telling me I must book a complaint 3 times instore but they have me on record for the first two times I phoned.I dont know what to do anymore.
