Television repairs

Complaint about hifi corporation..really really bad service in promenade Mitchell's plain..purchased a television 4 months ago and even took out insurance with that..had a problem with the television and took it back to them not knowing they won't assist me and told me the problem I have with the television is not their problem and I should repair it myself because the insurance does not cover my problem..but they haven't explained when I purchased the television what the insurance and warranty covers highly..they weren't much of an assistance ...highly disgusted
