Technician Says Can't Enter A Township

In April of 2020 I bought appliances at Hifi Corp through their online portal and one of the goods purchased is a 58" JVC UHD TV. At the start of November 2020 the TV started having software issues and I was told by the store a technician will come do an assessment at my home, but they called me back to say the technician can't enter a township. What baffles me is that my goods were delivered at my home, at a township, so what's wrong with coming to do the upgrade at a township all of a sudden?!

And when I suggested since the technician can't come to my home then he can send me the upgrade software via email and I'll boot the TV, then the lady I was communicating with said I shouldn't get excited. I then took the TV back to the store to be fixed, as of now the TV is sitting at the store but no one is keeping at their promise to have the TV delivered free of charge back to my house.

My complaint might sound petty but if I had bought the TV on instalment and I skipped payment, someone was gonna come take the TV from me, at the township they can't enter now.
