Taking useless to the next level

It's the 5th Business day today. My order has still not shipped, and worse is I placed the order with the delivery method set to Collection for the Bloemfontein Store. The Bloemfontein Store wants to help, they have units in stock but can't release it due to a *********** system. I've been online with support everyday this week but no actual help - Sindy helped me log a formal complaint. But oh my word, Kenneth is the biggest asshole, he says he doesn't appreciate my tone and keeps on disconnecting to avoid facing the truth that he too is *********** and doesn't know how to help me - his advise is to wait it out.
