take your money but can not deliver!

purchased a fridge online, after a week they said the item is sold out. they offered me another item, when i check online i discover they were downgrading me! when i request a refund they said it can take up to 10 working days, i have filled the refund application and still no reply! i will never buy from there again, and i really wish no one does, as after all of this i went online again and the same sold out item still shows available, so other people will go through the same frustration as i did! Thank you Hi Fi Corp, as i have no fridge and you still have my money till i wonder when! Disgusting service that was never delivered!
