Take your money and no service

Bought a tv online and paid eft immediately, sent the proof of payment to the email address provided and the wait started. This was done on May 15th. It is now the 20th May and the excuses I'm getting is the system off line. The service from hifi corporation is pathetic, they do not follow up and get the problem sorted and no customer service at all. I will like my eft reversed and paid back to me immediately. Will NEVER buy from HiFi corporation EVER AGAIN.
