Tablet still not back from repairs

On the 2nd of April 2015 I brought in my tablet due to a speaker fault. I was told that it would take 21 days. However that was not the case. I received my tablet on the 26th of May 2015. When I received it, it had another fault. It was not reading the sim card anymore. The lady who assisted me (Buhle) said she will talk to the repairs company to only take a week for repairs since it's the second booking and the first time it went longer than it was supposed to. After a week I went to Hi Fi Corporation to check if my tablet was back. I was told it would take 21 days not a week. Another lady then said she would do a follow up with the repairs and get back to me. She took my email address and said she will forward me the response from the repairs company. She has my cellphone number as well but till today I'm still waiting for her feedback. This is disappointing.
