Tablet

I bought a tablet online it came faulty, the battery did not last 2 hours and it was freezing, I reported it and I have been waiting for Courier to pick it up for more than 3 days I then decided to take it back in store, no feedback or communication from them. Sanell from Springfield branch assisted me with an Attitude like she was doing me a favour. Their service is pathetic and their products. I have been waiting for a refund with no luck.
