Sumsung Galaxy Phone A03

December 2021 I bought a Sumsung Galaxy A03 phone cash @ Empangeni HiFi Corporation! The seal was broken and they said all phones seal they are broken because they checking the phones, when I complain that actually the seal must be teared in front of me so I can see I am buying a new phone, salesman and cashier lady including the one whose controlling electronics department at that store they said the phone is new! I ask how because the seal was not broken in front of me, the only thing they told me is that when the phone gives me problems I must return it so they can check if they can fix it! Since I started using the phone it's giving me problems and I am 978 kilometers from that HiFi Corporation! I need advice what should I do with this because I can't deal with it anymore! Please help me! It shows that @ that HiFi Corporation they always do this. Sh*t store
