Such a nightmare!!!

It has been absolutely a nightmare!! I placed an order on the 29th November and received a confirmation email that stated delivery will be done in 2 to 5 working days. It has been over a week now and I have been tracking the order but there has been no change. I have called thousand times but no one is assisting me and no managers are available to attend to my query. I've logged in a complaint online, sent emails but still nothing. This has been such a horrible experience. This one lady called me back today to tell me that they don't have stock after a whole week has gone by. I am absolutely disgusted by such horrible customer service. Now I want my refund and I can't get hold of anyone
