Stuck with a Skyworth TV that’s not working but under warranty

I am very irate with Hi-Fi Corp. i bought a Skyworth TV in Oct last year, 3 weeks back it just stopped working. I sent through everything they requested for the warranty claim. I am being sent from pillar to post making calls to skyworth and hi fi, no technician has called or even Skyworth because they said for big tvs the technicians come to the house they don’t take them at the store. This is poor service from HiFi and they supplier.
