Store not owning to the policy I purchase.

27th August 2024 i submitted my claim at Hi-Fi Cor highveld mall for my ****** Tv and on the 29th of August 2024 i received an sms saying my claim has been approved.

The issue start when i went to the shop to purchase other TV and I was told the insurance only approved me with the sale price amount of TV not the original price, while policy I took and paid stated I will be covered for original price. Then I call the abacus insurance and they told me I need to fill in a Complaint Notification Form and which I did fill in out and sent it on the 10th of September but till today no response from them. I'm very surprised when they say they need to investigate, what is there to be investigated because my policy cover state everything.

It's my first time buying at Hi-Fi Corporation and I'm not happy with the experience.

I need the shop to own up to the correct policy amount .
