I use to buy at HiFi corp Thavhani mall. But my concern its that I bought a Defy kettle on 10 December 2018 . since April the kettle starting giving me problem. Sometimes when am boiling water its take time to boil water (20mnts) . sometimes its boil water normal . So I take the kettle to the store last week to log Champlain and they are not assisting me. I try to log a call to Head office they only give me reference . this kettle it has 1 year warrant . help me to get my kettle am straggling without my kettle.
