STINKING PROMISES

<p>I bought a Kelvinator microwave from th Hfi corporation (Festivall Mall, Kempton Park) almost 3 years ago. I have taken out an extended warranty for 5 years. After our purchase I have asked the sales consultant what will happen if I have lost my proof of warranty, I was told not to worry at all as all my details were loaded on their system. About a week ago the microwave started giving problems and making funny noises. After looking for the warranty, I realised it was ****** with my briefcase a few months ago. I took the microwave in to HFi corporation Festivall Mall and was now told, they cannot help me with the proof of purchase nor proof of the extended warranty. I have spoken to their manager as well who informed me very politely, they have migragted over to a new system and all previous data are no longer available unless I know the exact date of the purchase. Honestly??? Now their problem becomes my problem? This is unacceptable. I am waiting for an urgent response from this company and an apology!!</p>
