Stinking behavior from Isaac at HiFi Clearwater

Bad customer service from Issac at Clear Water. Absolutely terrible attitude and extremely rude. It took them 1 year to finally exchange our TV and we had to run around to get them to do so. Bad experience, probably won’t be buying from HiFi in the near future. Doreen was very useful though and helped resolve this mess at the end. But it’s a pity that it took a argument between my husband and Isaac and the an arrangement between myself and Isaac before this issue was resolved. I mean the sales manager had to tell Isaac to stop because he insisted on arguing with customers instead of apologizing and fixing the issue.
