Still waiting for my order from HIFI after weeks!!!

I purchased a bed online on the 26th of February 2025, with the guarantee that delivery will take 2-5 working days, 2weeks have passed and I have not received my order. When I call in to enquire even the customer service consults don't know why I am not getting my order. This is the worst experience ever even when making a payment online I experienced challengeS and even had to contact my bank. HI FI SHOULD SHUT DOWN THEY'RE ONLINE SERVICES, I WILL NEVER TRUST HIFI EVER AGAIN, THE WORST!!! I am still waiting for my order and not even sure I will get it or my money at this point
