Still not resolved

So after my complaint last week. I get an automated response on Hello Peter. This is a front to say that they care about their customers and try to resolve issues but this is not the case. I have had 3 calls from Hifi Corp Boksburg that have requested my receipt and the proof of extended warranty and its been 5 days now that i sent the receipts and have had no feedback. Do not buy EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM HIFI CORPORATION. Once the original manufacturer's warranty expires HIFI Corporation has no intention of honoring the extended warranty
