Still have not received my stuff

I went Saturday to do finance for a new TV and was told i will have it by Tuesday 21/07/2015, I phoned them today 21/07/2015 to find out what is happening, they told me they could not get my Company a hold on the telephone as they tried???, I spoke to a lady and was told she will phone me back, still have not yet received any phone call back!.<br> <br> FIRST TIME I AM DOING FINANCE AND THEN GETTING THIS SERVICE!!!! CAN'T BELIEVE I WOULD ACTUALLY GET GOOD SERVICE!! AND THEN GOT THIS BAD SERVICE
