STILL AWAITING MY ORDER, PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE 8 DAYS AGO

I have been waiting for my order now for more than 5 days and i have not received any updates. I have logged 3 complaints so far and no one has bothered to contact me at all this is the service we get from HIFI CORPORATION. New Call: Reference. ***) was received from Mr. Taufiq T Fraser,JD Customer Call Centre, this was monday already. 8 days ago i made payment. This was a bithday gift and its way too late, the way i feel if i do get attention i should get this order for free for the inconvience caused by their customer support team.
