Extremely Disappointed - Poor Customer Service and Payment Issues"

I recently made a purchase with HiFi Corp, paying over R10,000 more than 48 hours ago. Unfortunately, the payment still hasn’t reflected in their system, even though the amount has already left my account. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but every interaction just results in being referred to a different department with no one willing to take responsibility or provide real help.

It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when such a large amount is involved. I expected far better service from HiFi Corp, particularly for an issue as serious as this. As a customer, I feel completely disregarded and let down. Would not recommend, and I’ll definitely think twice before shopping here again.
