Spoiled xmas

I brought a washing machine online order on the 25 November 2020 and today is the 29 December 2020 but the item haven't been delivered to me. I am told to get a refund because the is no stock available. Amazingly, when i i ordered that item the transaction went through successfully and i have been tracking it. The order was dispatched and awaiting courier. I mean, if there was no stock the transaction was no going to be successful. Now they have waisted my time. I could have bought it at Game for the same amount. Their online chat is also useless. I am very disappointed with their service.
