SOUND BAR COMPLAIN

I would like to complain about a Sound Bar that i bought Cash at Jabulani Mall Branch, I chose it from display and then they checked and said they no longer have it on stock but if I want the one display I can take it and when it gives me problems I should bring it back for exchange .I spoke to branch manager beginning of May and he advised me to bring the sound bar to the shop on the 8th May 2021 and till today I'm still waiting for them to call me to come fetch it …its now over a month ,I'm really not happy about the service I'm getting, its totally unacceptable. I bought it cash cause i need it not for it to be kept in a shop ,I regret ever doing business with Hi Fi Corp .....please assist
