Sold damaged TV

Good Day... I got a TV from Hi-Fi, a Hisense TV that's has a damaged screen, I reported it to Hi-Fi and they told me that they won't replace/repair the TV because it's physically damaged... which I found odd because a TV is stationary, I asked them to inspect the TV and they refused, now I'm stuck with a TV and no recourse.
