Sold a fault device with no refund - return! (Suspicious suppliers)

Bought a 4G mobile (Samsung J7) that does not have LTE /4G with a band lock on it.

6 months elapsed as tried to resolved issue with network provider, Steven from management informed me to take it up with obusdsman and suppliers directly.

Poorly trained staff to not know products, poor after sales service with no resolution after a month and middle management are not properly s****ed to manage untrained staff.
