So annoyed

So disappointed I'm really annoyed i believe this was must last order with this company how can i order to things in one time then they deliver it separately i bought a stove and hood then here comes the stove and the hood is no where to be found... I called in the morning and i was told it will be delivered today and i hired someone to put both of this things now i wasted my money this is the worst service i got... On top of the i called sky something wasted my airtime and i was told that the driver doesn't answer the phone so i guess I'm a fool here.
