Last year during black Friday we bought 2 50/60inch JVC Smart TVs from your Amanzimtoti branch but our 50inch required software upgrade than after that it's showing 2 pictures. I've called and emailed but I'm told they are waiting for the manager. I need help it's still under warranty.
