Skyworth TV giving issues and only 7 months after purchase

Purchased a Skyworth TV from Hi-fi Corp Mall of Africa last year June and the TV is already giving me issues. Called Hi Fi Corp Mall of Africa and logged a fault with them, i was told that i will need to wait about 14 days to get a technician out to check the tv. I do a follow up today and i am told that i need to provide more pictures and it will take 21 days. This is utter nonsense, if i had not followed up, i would not have known that they require further pictures and now i to wait another 21 days. Please get your act together as your service stinks. I am also not prepared to wait 21 days for a technician to come out
