Sinotec/Hifi Corp bull****

Our Sinotec TV which is still in warranty remains in my house for days after it decided to work. I reported it at Hifi Corporation at Southgate Mall and I was emailed some documents for a claim. That's the only positive thing which happened, nothing has been forthcoming. My kids wants to watch TV and the s**** is just sitting in the house and nobody is coming to repair or replace it. If nobody comes to collect this *******. I will personally dump it at their branch. Sinotec and Hifi corporation are both ***
