Sinotec Led smart TV Sucks

Worst experience ever bought the Sinotec Led smart TV 17-03-2020 around Sep TV couldn't want to switch on ,took in for repairs as it was still under 5 years warranty TV was repaired but they damaged front plastic cover on the screen,Which I was not aware when collecting the TV then I went back again on the 4th of Jan 2021 they don't want to fix the TV instead they blaming me as if I'm the one who broke the TV!I called the store manager with no assistance phusing me back the service repairs consultant (Karabo & Noma)who are failing to help me !I called in today the 27th Jan 2021 at their head office they gave me ticket number #*** but I would advice any person to buy at South Gate Hifi Corp and buy any Sinotec Products It's worst experience ever....# tag not ayoba Sinotec products
