Sinotec 55 inch Television Set

Please see below . I Purchased a TV from HIFI Corporation Springfield Park, Durban . I have now had this TV pack up 3 times . They were suppose to fetch the Tv , which they did not do . I had to personally take the Tv to their store 2 weeks ago . Up to date no communication from the Manager . I was advised on Thursday 09/02/2023 that they were waiting for the credit . I phoned the store now 4 times to get told they are now repairing the Unit and I must collect . It is now 18 Working Days that my Family is without a Tv unit . Pathetic Service , No Customer Follow up . Client has to call and consistently being cut off. Please assist

Again today marks 8 days and my Family is still left without a Television set . Up to now no phone call from your Team or Repair centre . This is unacceptable . I will wait for your call and then decide how to solve this issue.

Please see below email date 19/01/2023 @ 9.35am . To date 24/01/2023 16.23 no response or a Courtesy call from either yourself or Management or even your Repair Centre representative. I am disgusted that my Family has be without a TV from Thursday and no assistance from your Team . I expect a call regarding this Urgently or will take this further . I have more than courteous in respecting this store but this is unacceptable .

I Purchased a Sinotec Tv from your store . This I now the 3rd time that there is power but no Picture. This Tv has been collected twice by your repair centre , repaired and brought back . This time I am not impressed and I don’t want this Tv . Please get back to me soonest as I have been left without a Tv the last 2 times it was collected and I want the TV replaced .
