Sick and tired of Hi Fi Corparation Middelburg and HP

I am sooooo sick and tired of Hi Fi Corparation Middelburg mall and HP. My HP smart tank 585 printer print head gave in not even a year old. I handed ny Printer into Hi Fi Corparation on the 13the of June 2025 as HP want the printer to replace the print head. They said 21 working days. As know we are at 17 July 2025 and still nothing. I have been to them calling them everyday. Everything it is a new story. First they said HP did not collect for 3 weeks. Know the story is I can maybe get my printer next week as there is no parts for my printer. So I told them on the 13th if June I want my Money back. Know everyday there is something else. My warranty will expire tomorrow 18 July and Know it seems I have to pay for repairs. Because they can't get hold of the person who is supposed to approve my money back. I use my printer everyday. And I cannot keep on paying someone to do my print work because of incompetence. This morning when I phoned they said they will have an answer by 12 today the problem is this has been there answer the whole time my printer is with them. I need to phone them everything. And then it is yet another story. I want a new printer end of story. I don't even want my money back anymore. As the new printers is more expensive and I do not have money to pay in. I want a new printer
