sick and tired

brand new tv was giving problems within the first month and took it back. they refused to exchange it and said i should have read the t&c of my contract. well it has been three months now and still no TV. i know my rights and you are well within breach of contract, get to know the t&c of your own contracts. i do not wnat that TV or a new one from you. in actual fact refund me all my money paid and cancel the agreement. i know the law and CPA does not condone this so get your act together.<br> i want this sorted out today
