Hi have bought a Smart TV online on a Friday the 14th of June and only on the 18th after calling them to follow up on my order, I was told that there is mismatch of my details then o. The 19th I am told the TV is over 100km away and they can deliver. Then I have requested for my refund and till today I haven't received it. I was dealing with thier *********** employee by the name of Phuti Mahloko who refuses to escalate my plea of getting my fund to the relevant department , worse part even thier call center Is equally useless. They literally refuse to refer me to the credit department. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS *********** SHOP WITH THIER *********** STUFF.
