Shocking service for a first time customer

I app**** for an account and was approved pending documentation. I was sent a sms with a ref no stating that I had to go to the Southgate Mall branch. I arrived at 15:00 this afternoon and was asked what I wanted and then told to wait for the lady. At 15:25 I left as nobody nothered to assist me notwothstanding thevfact that staff were having social conversations, completely ignoring my exsistence. It is clear that Hi Fi Corp is doing so well that they are not interested in new business although I saw about 2 customers in store whilst sitting waiting Ironically Teljoy has the same product at the same price, on a 36 month rent to own. My application wasbpre approved with them as well For some reason I decided on Hi Fi Corp. I decision I now regret.
