Shocking service and disorganized store

Purchased a JVC TV less than a year ago- there are issues with the smart component. Dropped TV back for repairs at Hi-Fi Corp Fourways and was told it would be 21 days. Eventually I have followed up for my TV way past 21 days. Now it’s at Fourways but they have lost the legs cable and remote. Another week has passed and no answer on the missing components and I still don’t have my TV. I am constantly having to follow up with no results. Disgusting service on an expensive item less than a year old.
