Shocking service and delivery from HiFi Corporation

We bought a Defy full gas oven about a month ago only to receive it dented. We then had to hound the staff at HiFi corp to collect it and waited 2 weeks before it was even collected and I now believe the NEW oven which we have not even used yet is being REPAIRED instead of REPLACED with a new oven! We are therefore buying a SECOND HAND oven at the cost of a new one!!!!! Shocking!
