Shocking Service!!! A

Greetings

I wrote to Hi Fi Corp Customer Care and there has been no response. Shocking how poor service is! I went to Highveld Mall branch for complain my Sinotec tv that has a 5 year warranty that is no longer working. I provided the warranty card and was told the manager is on leave! What nonsense! No Manager no-one else can assist...they don't even know their head office number! Service really is shocking!
