Shocking - Ordered 28 Nov - no delivery and I don't think they give a damn!! Got the money though!

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm even going to get a refund after waiting since 28 November for my order - I have never had such a frustrating online buying experience! It's a pity you guys don't acknowledge & respond to our concerns at least then we would feel like there is hope!!!
