Shocking LACK of service!

Wish I could give less than 1 star... Placed an order online on 25 July 2020, would have shipped 27 July 2020. But NOTHING. When you try to track the order the system says handed over to courier since 30 July 2020. When you try to track on the courier website it says no data found. Then trying to speak to someone is next to impossible. Eventually spoke to a Customer Rep Zintle now. All she can tell me it has been reported and turn around tine for that is 48 + hours. Shocking! Last time EVER I will make use of this company.
