SHAMIMA BAD SERVICE (MANAGER) HI FI CORP PROMINADE

Disgusting customer service I got from the Manager Shamima in Liberty Prominade Mitchells plain after I was sold a defective Defy microwave (how do I know, when I got there 4 microwaves had the same defect as mine) without a receipt I got a statement from the bank confirming the transaction on the 04 September 2019 she then said she can not reprint receipts because their I.T lost all customer data pre lockdown even though she could see on my statement that the purchase was made there. She then had the nerve to tell me to bring a faded slip to be attached with the box on the microwave box I asked her how will bringing a faded slip help while the slip has nothing on it that is the reason I came with the bank statement from the get go
